Members of the DISC team are able to work with your organisation to develop bespoke disability inclusion training, and we can also offer our standard disability inclusion training. All of our training materials are based on a robust evidence base developed by our team which has more than 10 years of experience of undertaking research supporting workplace inclusion. Our training will help your organisation understand the legal frameworks surround disability, the social model of disability as well as the issues faced by disabled colleagues and how they can be overcome.
