Members of the DISC team can work with your organisation to develop bespoke disability inclusion training, and we can also offer our standard disability inclusion training.

Our training materials are based on a robust evidence base developed by our team, with more than 10 years of experience in researching workplace inclusion. Our training will help your organisation understand the legal frameworks surrounding disability, the social model of disability, as well as the issues faced by disabled colleagues and how they can overcome them.

In addition, we also offer consultancy for your organisation on any aspect of disability inclusion, women’s health (including menopause and gynaecological health conditions) and equality, diversity and inclusion more widely.

Our training, research and consultancy has been recognised by the Scottish Trade Unions Congress and was recently commended for the impactful nature of our research and training.
